Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, organize or direct orientation and product training programs for sales team
  • Produce training strategy and plans to meet training and development needs and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
  • Liaise with relevant functional /departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs to staff training and development to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
  • Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs or manage this activity via external provider(s)
  • Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by staff for effective performance, and provides recommendation to reporting manager
  • Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment that provided externally or internally by others
  • Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with organizational requirements and statutory policies, including health and safety, legal stipulations, general duty of care and employment laws
  • To train and develop direct sales and services team via assessing training needs, develop training methods and modules with assessments, discussions, role playing, team exercise and visual materials

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • Preferable candidates with at least 1-2 years of working in Training & Development
  • Good attitude of training ability couple with excellent public presentation skill
  • Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia

Job Descriptions:

  • To handle shipment and logistic arrangement, monitoring proper execution of stock in and out flow movement as well as maintaining a proper storage and inventory system management and procedures
  • To administer daily warehouse operations, space utilization, maximization of warehouse storage capacity and make recommendations for improvements
  • Receiving all incoming and outgoing goods, packing, loading, and unloading
  • Handling, storage of packing materials and finished goods
  • Conduct stock take activities
  • Support company in delivery and collect goods as required and maintain the vehicle in the good condition
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
  • Safety load and unload all equipment / materials over all terrains, and properly secure all loads
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions
  • Report defects, accidents or violations
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, any field
  • Good commands of spoken and written Chinese Language is preferred due to the nature of work
  • Fast and willing to learn new systems
  • Patient and self-disciplined
  • Preferably at least 2 to 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicant must be willing to travel to outstation and willing to work Overtime
  • Possess valid GDL license
  • Excellent computer skills (Ms Office)
  • Alternate Saturday half day

  • Consolidate information into actionable items, report and presentations
  • Analyze product life cycle and development

  • Build connection to acquire latest news and information along with competitors market strategies
  • Technical analysis for new technologies such as OIS and PDAF

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Telecommunication or equivalent
  • Required Language(s): Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Posses IT/ Mobile Phone/ Gadgets experience will be an added advantage
