- 42 ms Gaming Latency is available on vivo/iQOO devices with Snapdragon® 8 Gen 2 or later, Snapdragon® 7 Gen 3 or later, or MediaTek Dimensity 9200 or later.This technology is directly integrated into the earphones, requiring no adaptation with game IPs. Certain games require Ultra Game Mode to be enabled. There are two ways to enable Ultra Game Mode: Automatic: Games downloaded via vivo Game Center are trusted and will automatically have Ultra Game Mode enabled when launched. Manual: Games not downloaded from the Game Center app need to be manually added to the Ultra Game Mode settings. The lowest latency may vary slightly depending on the model, audio codec, and other factors. 42 ms is the earphone-side gaming latency. Please consult customer service for details.
- This product has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions and is rated as IP54 under IEC 60529. The IP54 rating applies to the earphones only and not to the charging case. The resistance to splashes, water, and dust is not permanent and may decrease with daily wear and tear. Damage caused by liquid or dust ingress is not covered under the product warranty.
