S2 FE

1. 10000 mAh is the typical battery value; the rated capacity is 9800 mAh.

2. The battery health data is sourced from vivo labs, simulating battery temperature at 23°C±2°C with full charge and discharge. After 1400 cycles, remaining capacity is not less than 80%. Based on laboratory-simulated daily user habits (1.83 days per full charge and discharge), it is approximately equal to 7 years of use. Actual results may vary due to differences in test equipment, the test environment, and personal usage patterns and habits.

3. Data is sourced from laboratories. Test environment: temperature at 25±2°C, device fully charged, screen brightness of 150 nits, volume at 63 dB, Wi-Fi connected, and a single app used. In special scenarios, the device is muted while playing local long videos with the screen at minimum brightness; earphones are used for music playback on Spotify, and the screen is off during traditional phone calls; a cellular network is used for cameras and traditional phone calls. The actual battery life may vary with network signals, system versions, environmental temperature and usage habits. Actual experience shall prevail. A Day of Intensive Use (12 hours) includes 0.5 hours of photos, 0.5 hours of video recording, 3 hours of WhatsApp/LINE voice calls with clients, 1 hour of Zoom online meetings on the phone, 2 hours of navigation, 2 hours of office apps, 1 hour of TikTok, 1 hour of gaming, and 1 hour of music, for a total of 12 hours.

4. Data is obtained from vivo's laboratory tests.Actual battery life is subject to actual usage and may vary due to environmental and other factors.

5. AI Erase requires a network connection. The content provided by the AI features is for reference only. vivo does not make any commitments, guarantees or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the content provided by the AI features. AI features may have limitations on usage scenarios due to their characteristics. Please refer to the actual use. The AI features on this phone are provided free of charge in the current region, but you may be required to pay for subsequent use. If a fee is required, we will notify you in advance and you can choose whether or not to pay for further use.

6. Measured diagonally, the screen size is17.35cm (6.83 inches) in the full rectangle. The actual display area is slightly smaller.

7. 120 Hz refresh rate is available in apps/games that support 120 Hz. Actual experiences may vary.

8. This product has been tested by a third-party laboratory and complies with MIL-STD-810H 501.7/502.7/506.6/510.7/516.8 standards. These features are not permanent, and resistance may be reduced with daily wear and tear. Since the phone contains precision components, the phone remains at risk of damage if being dropped; please make sure not to bump or drop the phone during use. Any artificially caused damage to the device is not covered by warranty.

9. Data for the drop onto carpet from a height of 3 meters is obtained from controlled tests in vivo labs. The test results showed that the phone's core functions and screen remained operational under these conditions. Under extreme impact from a drop, the possibility of cosmetic wear or minor physical changes to the device, such as the back cover, cannot be ruled out. Actual performance may vary depending on the drop height, angle, and specific environmental conditions. Please refer to the actual product. Since the phone contains precision components, please make sure not to bump or drop the phone during use. Any artificially caused damage to the device is not covered by warranty.

10. This product has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions and is rated IP68 and IP69 under IEC standard 60529-2013. IP69 water resistance test conditions: rotation speed of (5±1) rpm, nozzle angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°, flow rate of (15±1) L/min, water temperature of (80±5)°C, test time of 30s/position, phone placed vertically with the top facing down. IP68 water resistance test conditions: temperature difference between water and device of less than 5°C, submerged in 2 meters of fresh water for 30 minutes with no functional damage. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance may decrease with normal wear. Do not attempt to charge the phone while wet. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

11. "Multi-scenario water resistance" indicates that the phone effectively prevents internal liquid ingress and hardware failure when exposed to everyday liquids such as coffee, cola, soapy water, and tea. After liquid exposure, liquids may block the audio/reception pathways of the microphone, receiver, and speaker, resulting in abnormal audio/reception during calls and playback. Please promptly clean with fresh water, shake off excess liquid, and allow to air dry, or take the device to an official service center for professional cleaning. Water and dust resistance may decrease with daily wear and tear. Please refer to actual experience.

12. Data is obtained from vivo laboratory, in which a new phone is tested for 24 consecutive hours in a simulated rain environment. Do not charge the phone when it's wet. As real life scenarios may differ from the experimental environment, the actual experience shall prevail. If the phone is exposed to raindrops or splashes, the liquid may block the audio/reception pipes of the microphone, receiver, and speaker, resulting in abnormal audio/reception during calls and playback. The function can be restored by shaking the liquid off and leaving it to dry. The resistance to water and dust may be reduced due to daily wear and tear. Damage due to liquid ingress is not covered by the warranty.

13. Static immersion protection is an extended capability derived from the IP68 and IP69 ratings. This product has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions and is rated IP68 and IP69 under the IEC 60529-2013 standard. IP69 water resistance test conditions: A rotation speed of (5±1) rpm, nozzle angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°, a flow rate of (15±1) L/min, a water temperature of (80±5)°C, a test time of 30s/position, and the phone placed in a vertical position with the USB port facing down. IP68 water resistance test conditions: The temperature difference between the water and the phone is less than 5°C, and after immersion in 2 meters of water for 30 minutes, the phone shows no functional damage. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent and can diminish over time with normal use. Do not charge the phone when it is wet. Damage caused by liquids is not covered by the warranty.

14. In such scenarios, the audio/reception pathways of the microphone, receiver, and speaker may be blocked by liquids, resulting in abnormal audio/reception during calls and playback. In such cases, please clean it with clear water promptly, shake off the water and leave it to dry, or send it to an authorized service center for professional cleaning. Water and dust resistance may be reduced with daily use. Actual performance may vary.

15. Benchmark scores are sourced from vivo labs. Testing was conducted using AnTuTu V11.1.2 with 8 GB + 256 GB configurations. The results are for reference only. Actual results may vary depending on the memory configuration and test environment.

16. All the data mentioned is obtained from vivo lab tests conducted by vivo in controlled environments. The actual performance of the product may vary under real-world conditions.
