Dear Valued vivo customer,

Our vivo service center since 2021-march officially opened in Qatar, we are always ready to solve any issue for our customer when using vivo device.

No matter your current vivo device is under warranty period or already out of warranty, we will always provide some free service including free software upgrade /device cleaning. And if your device is already out of warranty but need to repair, we will only charge the spare part fees based on actual situation. Service labor fee is free for you.

vivo always uses genuine and trusted spare part for our valued customer, and our repair technician is fully trained to make sure that your device is always getting the highest standard treatment in our service center.

If your vivo device need to be upgraded the software or you need clean your device, please feel free to visit our service center. vivo staff will remain always at your service.

Service center timing:  Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 to 13:00, 16:00 to 22:00. Closed on Friday.
