We are looking for a teammate who will provide the voice for the brand across social channels, design and implement social media strategy to align with our business goals.

Requirements：

Responsibilities：

1. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

2. Performing tasks in collaboration with other business units of the company and HQ teams

3. Various advertising materials development: digital banners (static, video and HTML5), infographics, SM content, layouts for printing, POSM and brand event materials

4. Brand websites' graphic materials development and user friendliness of digital products increase

5. Design team management, reviewing other designer's work, and ensuring high-quality deliverables, generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise brand products 

6. Other companies' experience analysis

7. Responsible for updating and purchasing for the necessary software

Requirements：

1. Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role

2. Portfolio of completed design projects

3. Hands-on experience with image (Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) and video (Premiere and After Effects) editing software + Figma and Keynote

4. Strong aesthetic skills and attention to visual details

5. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

6. Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field

Responsibilities：

1. Receive visitors, consult on all technical issues at the service center;

2. To perform repair (modular repair) and diagnostic operations quickly and efficiently. Register requests and enter the necessary data into the CRM system of after-sales service.

3. To advise users by phone (the phone of the service center, not the hotline).

4. Resolve disputes with clients if necessary. Prompt resolution of emerging issues and customer complaints.

5. Collect information about quality problems and malfunctions identified during repairs. Collect LOG files and transfer them to the factory for analysis and implementation of improvements. We are conducting training.

6. Perform current tasks, improve the quality of service (NPS, RTAT, RRR, etc.).

7.To undergo regular internal trainings on the company's products and service procedures.

8. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.

9. Comply with corporate standards for the operation of vivo branded service centers.
