Step1
Place earphones in the case, open the lid, then press and hold the touch areas of both earphones for 5 seconds. Once the status light flashes white, the earphones enters pairing mode.
Step2
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Bluetooth on your device, find "vivo TWS 3e," and tap to connect.

  • To ensure high-quality noise reduction effect, you need to select the appropriate size of ear tips.
  • The wind noise resistance data of the microphone is based on measurements at a wind speed of 3 miles per hour. At the 1000 Hz frequency point, the wind noise of TWS 2 is about -80 dB; the wind noise of TWS 3e is about -90 dB, an improvement of about 12%.
  • The 42-hour battery life is tested in our lab under normal temperature conditions. Earphones and the charging case are fully charged (100%) and subjected to continuous MP3 format music playback at 50% volume, using AAC codec, with sound effects and ANC noise reduction turned off. The cycle repeats: play until earphones reach 0% power, charge to 100% with the case, and resume playback until depletion. Please note, real-world usage may result in varying battery life due to different environments, software versions, and usage habits.
  • The 10.5-hour battery life is tested in our lab at normal temperatures. Under optimal conditions—earphones and charging case at full power, playing MP3 format music in a loop (at 50% volume, AAC codec), with sound effects and ANC noise reduction off—until the headset battery drains to 0%. Actual battery life may differ based on testing conditions, software versions, and individual usage patterns.
  • The 36-hour battery life is determined in our lab under standard conditions. We continuously play MP3 format music at 50% volume with AAC codec, no sound effects, and ANC noise reduction on, starting at full charge for both the earphones and charging case. We recharge the earphones to 100% using the case, repeating the same conditions until both are fully depleted. Actual battery life may differ based on testing environments, software versions, and usage patterns.
  • The stated 8.5-hour battery life is based on lab tests conducted in a standard environment: playing MP3 format music in a loop at 50% volume using the AAC codec, with sound effects off and ANC noise reduction on, starting at 100% power in both the earphones and charging case until the battery depletes. Actual battery life may differ due to varying test conditions, software versions, and individual usage patterns.

  • This product is rated as IP54 for splash, water, and dust resistance under IEC standard 60529 and was tested under controlled laboratory conditions. The resistance to splashes, water and dust is not permanent and may be reduced due to daily use. Do not charge the earphones when it is wet. Refer to Safety information in Settings for cleaning and drying instructions. Damage due to liquid ingress is not covered by the warranty.
  • For advanced features like Jovi, message broadcast, real-time translation, find earphone, and smart upgrades, your device needs a system memory of 6 GB or more. It should be running Android 9 & Funtouch OS 9.2 or newer, and you'll also need the TWS application upgraded to version 9.2.5.9 or higher. To check the TWS version, go to Settings > Bluetooth Settings > Headphone Name > Right Arrow > TWS Application Upgrade.
  • The new vivo TWS 3e headset pairs automatically when you first open the charging case or after a factory reset.
