vivo Warranty Policy
This warranty policy applies only to vivo product sold in Afghanistan. In the event that performance failure occurs from normal use during the warranty period, vivo will provide maintenance services free of charge.
(If the following rules contain any inconsistency or omission of the national policies, the national policies shall prevail.)

A. Scope of warranty
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase/invoice, and the specific provisions are as follows:
• 24 months for the mobile phone.
Customers can enjoy warranty services at vivo or its authorized service centers in the country of purchase.
B. Warranty repair instructions
1.Warranty repair services are valid only if the product is used normally. If the product is damaged due to reasons other than product quality or under one of the following situations, one is not entitled to get warranty replacement or repair services, but one can pay to have the product repaired;
(1) Warranty period has expired for warranty replacement or repair services.
(2) No valid proof of purchase.
(3) The content on the valid proof of purchase does not match the labels on the product or has been altered.
(4) If product repaired at any unauthorized service center.
(5) Damaged caused by irresistible force like earthquake, fire etc., natural wear and tear of the product (for instance scratch or broken marks on back cover, button, display screen and accessories etc.).
(6) Faults or defects in the product that are not manufacturing defect or functional fault.
(7) If handset damages due to using non-original accessories (charger, data cable etc.) is not covered in the replacement and warranty services.
(8) If product is damaged due to liquid or moisture entering the product or physical damage.
2.For repairing physical, liquid damaged and unauthorized repaired handset, a repair agreement “special instruction for product repairing” needs to be signed between the customer and the service center.
3.Customer can avail service at any of the vivo authorized service center in Afghanistan.
4.All parts, components and accessories replaced during the warranty period belong to company.
C. Important notice and backup reminder for sending phones in for repair
1. When sending a phone in for repair, please bring the valid proof of purchase and the original invoice (purchase voucher and invoice must be completed and sealed by the seller, and may not be altered, otherwise they will be regarded as invalid). Warranty card IMEI serial number stickers must not be torn, or the warranty will be invalid.
2. Before sending the machine in for repair, please backup and then delete all the data (such as phone numbers, texts, pictures, etc.) that you have stored, so as to avoid any loss or disclosure during subsequent repair. To respect your privacy, vivo Customer Service Center and its staff will not be responsible for backing up or restoring data for you, and will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from the loss or disclosure of data.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, other than the legal rights to which you are entitled under applicable local laws and the above express warranty provided by vivo, vivo grants no other warranties, whether express or implied, in terms of services in this warranty document.
