Service Description :
1. For the cost pop up in spare part price query interface, in warranty period, if product functional fault lead to part damage or software abnormality, for inspection, replacing part or system maintenance, no charges will be collected.
2. As for Out-warranty devices, may impose labor charges. If case replacement of spare parts is required, the cost of the spare parts and labor charges will be added (Labor costs are subject to local service center).
3. The displayed price is for the selected spare part only. The final repair cost will be confirmed after the engineer's inspection.
4. For other spare part prices or availability, please contact a vivo service center.
5. Please be noted that the price does NOT include VAT and labor fees.
