1. During the warranty period, if the issue is covered by the warranty, no charges will be collected for inspection, spare part replacement, or system maintenance.
2. For out-of-warranty devices, product inspection and system maintenance are free of charge. If any spare parts need to be replaced, the cost of the spare parts will be charged. Whether the device has a functional fault will be determined based on the inspection results of the service center.
3. The displayed price is for the selected spare part only. The final repair cost will be confirmed after the engineer's inspection.

5. You may take your mobile phone to vivo service center for replacement by professional engineers. Any replacement spare parts provided in our official service center are not allowed to take away without repairing.
