This promotion is only available to vivo customers who visit the official vivo service centres in South Africa.

On the 27th of April 2024 a luck draw will take place at the Cape Town official service, where a vivo customer can win the grand prize of a mobile device.

Customers that visit one of the official vivo service centers during the 22nd and 27th of April 2024, will be automatically entered into the grand prize.

For the grand prize, customers must be present at the Cape Town official vivo service center on the 27th of April when the luck draw takes place.
