Yuedong Trading Corporation.  as an authorized distributor of vivo, is the provider of E-Store (the "Service") and the organization responsible for the personal data collected from or about you as part of your use of the Service.

Customer Information (Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Customer Address) and Order Information (Order number & Delivery Number)

•     Purpose:

1.) To deliver customer orders and contact the right customer during this period

2.) To record correct order information to display in the progress of the courier and manage that information

3.) To ensure successful payments and create order number

•     Cookie

In order to provide the services, you have requested and to comply with our contractual obligations to you and/or our legal obligations, we process the above-mentioned data for related purposes. Unless otherwise stated, if you opt out or limit the collection and processing of your personal data for these services, you will no longer be able to use the relevant service(s) or parts thereof

We care about protecting your personal data. We have put in place appropriate security measures, including but not limited to encryption and anonymization techniques, which are designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized use, damage, or loss. 2.      Storage

•     Period:

We will retain your personal data for 3 years from the date on which you last used the Service.

To provide the same level of data protection as that of the user's country/region and respond to users' requests more efficiently, the location where data is stored varies for users in different countries/regions. Your personal data will be stored in Singapore.

We will either process your data itself or by use of its affiliated companies. Depending on the type and purpose of data processing, we may also share data with third-party service providers with your prior consent.

In order to provide you E-store service smoothly, your personal data will be sent to J&T Express.

Please be aware that we have signed a data protection agreement with the aforementioned service provider(s) and they will provide protection for your data at a standard that is no less than ours. Since we operate internationally, your personal data may be processed in different countries/regions. If we transfer your personal data to another country/region that may not maintain appropriate data protection standards, we will take all reasonable measures to make sure your personal data is processed safely and as stipulated within these Terms.
