vivo Door to Door Repair Service

Adheres to original aspiration that you are a VVIP in our heart, vivo is dedicated to provide a variety of new service models constantly, and providing high quality and convenient services to you, now vivo door to door repair service (A vivo Service Center on Your doorstep) will be launched and provided unique services to you.

 

You don't have worry anymore that a service center is far away from your home, working place or if you're busy and there is no time to deliver device to vivo service centers, or worry about mail-in service that will take long time for courier collection and delivery, let us take care of your service needs. Now vivo customized service will to be launched on 1st of Feb-2022. To enjoy this new service, just make an appointment on the website, then the vivo mobile service vehicle will be directed to your appointment address for a device repair.

Door to Door Repair Service Process

1.       Book an appointment on the website

Complete the necessary information on the website.

2.     Confirmation of Information

All the information is entered on the website and we mail and call the customers within 24 hours on confirmation of the date and time of repair.

3.    Reminder of Your Appointment

An email or a phone call of your repair appointment will be sent 1 day in advance as a reminder and to ensure that you don't miss vivo VVIP service.

4.    Door to Door Collect Device

Ring the bell collect your device after sanitization to repair in lab (service vehicle).

5.    Device Return after repair done

 Return device within 1 hour to the customer at the front door.

6.    To Verify vivo Job Card

Check service provider have provided vivo Job card to customer during repair and after repair done, and take signature after payment confirmation.


Door to Door Service Fee

1. In-warranty: if your device is within warranty there is no collection fee.

2. Out-warranty: if your device is out of warranty there is a collection fee of R300(VAT inclusion) .

Currently we only rollout to cover these areas for door to door service in JHB as below: Benoni/Boksburg/Bedfordview/Sandton/Fourways/Midrand/Mayfair/

Roodepoort/Lenasia/Glen/Bassonia/Linksfield/Greenstone

Free TPU Cover and Protective Film Requests

Any customer can request service provider to provide a free TPU Cover and a free protective film.

Please note that Free TPU cover and free protective films depend on stock availability.

Note: there is no additional charge for out-warranty except for spare parts price and door to door collection fee.

 

Data backup reminder

vivo and/or the Authorized Service Center will not back up your data and we are not responsible for any loss of or damage to data on your device when you send it to us for service. During repair, some processes require a data reset. Please ensure that you back up all your important data prior to sending the device for repair, otherwise your data will be deleted. In addition, you must remove and keep any SD and/or SIM cards before sending a device to the Authorized Service Center.
