    Responsibilities:

    1. Receive visitors, consult on all technical issues at the service center;

    3. To advise users by phone (the phone of the service center, not the hotline).

    4. Resolve disputes with clients if necessary. Prompt resolution of emerging issues and customer complaints.

    5. Collect information about quality problems and malfunctions identified during repairs. Collect LOG files and transfer them to the factory for analysis and implementation of improvements. We are conducting training.

    6. Perform current tasks, improve the quality of service (NPS, RTAT, RRR, etc.).
