vivo and ZEISS bring professional mobile imaging to the mid-range segment

Düsseldorf, Germany, May 15th vivo is preparing the launch of a new mid-range device co-engineered with its Global Imaging Partner ZEISS. This will be the first joint launch aimed at the mid-range segment in Europe. vivo and ZEISS will thus reach a significant milestone in bringing cutting-edge optical system and ZEISS-related features to a wider range of consumers across Europe.

Long-Term Strategic Partnership

vivo started its global collaboration with ZEISS in 2020 to jointly promote and develop breakthrough innovations in mobile imaging capabilities. The first vivo ZEISS co-engineered imaging system was featured in the vivo X60 series, and the latest X100 launched early this year.

The partnership is a true R&D collaboration and one of the industry's most successful long-term collaborations between an optics specialist and a smartphone manufacturer.
