a. Order: to ensure that you have made an order, ensure that the product you ordered is appropriate and to record your order.
b. Delivery: to deliver your order items to the right place, contact you during this period, record your order information in order to display the courier progress and manage such information
c. Payment: to ensure your payment is successful and create order number
d. Others:
Response to inquiries, or other requests, etc;
Exercise of rights or performance of obligations under agreements, laws, and the like;
Other purposes based on your prior consent.
Legal Basis:
We process the data for the above purposes upon your consent to these Terms. However, other legal bases may be applicable in the absence of your express consent as may be permitted by applicable laws. We may process your data where such processing is within our legitimate interests, where such processing is necessary for us to carry out our obligations under our contract with you, or where such processing is necessary for us to carry out our legal obligations.

In order to deliver your order items, your contact information, order number and delivery number will be encrypted and transferred to Software Shop Limited.
In order to ensure your payment successfully, your name, email address and order data will be encrypted and transferred to Software Shop Limited.
Please be aware that we have signed a data protection agreement with the aforementioned service provider(s) and they will provide protection for your data at a standard that is no less than ours. Otherwise, we will only share your data when required in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority according to applicable laws.
