Dear valued X80/X80 Pro customers, you can receive a free screen protector application service upon presenting your exclusive VVIP card at your nearest store from 15 Jul 2022 until 15 Jul 2023 (One year).

2. 1-for-1 Exchange Guarantee within 100 Days

Dear valued X80/X80 Pro customers, if you purchased the X80 or X80 Pro between 8 May and 29 May, and if you find the product defective within the 100 days of purchase, you can get a free new phone replacement at your nearest vivo after-sales service centre upon verification and assessment by vivo specialists together with the purchase receipt.

3. Two-year Battery Warranty Service

Dear valued X80/X80 Pro customers, if you purchased the X80 or X80 Pro between 8 May and 29 May, you will receive an additional 1-year battery warranty on top of the existing 1-year battery warranty, that is, a total of two years of battery warranty. If your phone suffers battery quality issue within the two years period, you may visit the nearest vivo after-sales service centre and present your exclusive VVIP card for battery testing and free repair.
