Service Description :

1. The spare part prices listed on spare part price query interface could differ from the actual charge. If a handset is in warranty, then services like software abnormality resolution, product inspection, part replacement and system maintenance, will be provided free of cost. Please note that services for issues like part damage are chargeable regardless of the warranty of the handset.
2. During out of warranty period, product inspection and system maintenance will be provided free of cost, only if part replacement is needed, the cost of the parts will be charged. (Functional fault of the handset is subject to the inspection results concluded by the service center).
