1. Turn on Data;
2. Connect your phone to PC and turn on USB debugging;
3. Once connection finishes, Enter settings--(Network and Internet/Other networks and connections)--Personal hotspot/Hotspot and tethering-- (Other sharing mode)--Open Share phone network via USB, then you can surf the Internet on your PC.
