Display & Touch screen & Camera
Currently, the screens of mobile phones all use semiconductor process technology, and there may be a certain image trail phenomenon when switching between light and dark screens. This is a display characteristic of the screen itself, and this phenomenon generally recovers in a short period of time and does not affect the durability of the screen, please don't worry.
If the image trail phenomenon is obvious, you can also troubleshoot using the following methods:
1. Check if the ambient temperature is low.
If the ambient temperature is low, the screen's response speed may be slower compared to a normal temperature environment. It is recommended to observe in an indoor environment with slightly higher temperature.
2. Use different apps for comparison testing.
If only some third-party apps shows image trail effects, it may be due to the animation or sliding effects of the third-party app. If image trail appear on all interfaces, this is because the human eye has a brief visual pause when observing objects. When the screen is quickly scrolled, the eye does not see a static image but a continuous image, which may create a feeling of seeing a shadow behind the screen. This phenomenon is common on mobile phone screens.
3. Adjust the screen refresh rate
It is recommended to set the refresh rate as High in Settings > Display & Brightness > Screen Refresh Rate.
4. Turn on Full PWM mode
For models that support Full PWM mode, if image trail and discomfort occur after turning off "Full PWM", you can enter *#*#7777##*#* on the dial pad to enter Developer mode, then find and turn on the "Full PWM" feature to experience.
5. Upgrade the system version.
New versions improve compatibility and stability, you can enter Settings > System update to check the latest version.
If the above methods do not solve your problem, please bring your phone and purchase certificate to the customer service center for inspection.
